• A security deposit of $100 is required for booking

• Cancellation more than 28 days prior to date of arrival, less 50% deposit

• Alteration to booking, admin fee of $10

• Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival, no refund

 Please note July and August are our busiest times of the year, we only take advanced bookings for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

June is a minimum booking of 5 nights.

All other months are a minimum booking of 4 nights.

We do not take bookings for un-powered sites during the peak season June, July & August
